شكوى ضد عضو البرلمان الهولندي أوزتورك من حزب Denk لأنه وصف الغارة الجوية الهولندية على الحويجة "بجريمة قتل"


أكثر من ستمائة جندي و قدامى المحاربين تقدموا بشكوى ضد عضو البرلمان الهولندي سلجوك أوزتورك من حزب DENK. 
وذلك بسبب وصف أوزتورك للغارة الجوية الهولندية التي قتلت المدنيين العراقيين في عام 2015 في الحويجة بمخافظة كركوك بأنها "جريمة قتل". 
وبذلك يكون أوزتورك مذنبًا في زرع الكراهية والإهانة والتشهير.

صرح أوزتورك لاحقًا بأنه أسيء فهمه، إنه يريد "تصويب" أنه لا يعني بكلماته أن الطيارين الهولنديين "قتلوا الناس عن عمد"، "أنا لم أقل ذلك." 
قال أنه حاول التعبير عن مشاعر أقارب الضحايا.
يقول عضو البرلمان عن حزب دينك إنه يريد التحدث إلى الطيارين لشرح معنى ذلك.
