سيكون من الأصعب على السوريين الحصول على حق اللجوء في السويد بعد أن غير مجلس الهجرة السويدي تقييم الوضع الأمني في سوريا.

لم يعد هناك "خطر عام من العنف" في جميع أنحاء البلاد، حسب التقييم الجديد لمجلس الهجرة .
يقول فريدريك بيجير، كبير القضاة في مجلس الهجرة، إلى صحيفة Ekot:

تقييم جديد للوضع في سوريا:
منذ عام 2013، كان التعامل لدى مجلس الهجرة هي أن كل شخص قادم من سوريا يطلب اللجوء يحق له الحصول على الحماية، ولكن هذا تغير الآن بعد تقييم جديد.
في ستة من محافظات سوريا، وهي حلب وإدلب والرقة وحماة وحمص ودير الزور، لا يزال هناك خطر تعرض المدنيين "للعنف العشوائي" مرتفعًا لدرجة أنه يوجد سبب للجوء.
يقول مجلس الهجرة السويدي اليوم أنه في أجزاء أخرى من سوريا، بما في ذلك المنطقة المحيطة بالعاصمة دمشق، لم يعد هناك مثل هذا الخطر العام.

التقييم الجديد ينطبق فقط على طالبي اللجوء الجدد:
